The location of the accommodation was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area of Northumberland. the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including towels, bed linens, and a cooling fan for warmer nights. the living room area was spacious and cozy, making for a homely atmosphere. the property was clean upon arrival, with blankets and a welcome pack provided. It also had a parking pass, which was a great bonus.

There was limited communication with staff, especially upon arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lazy Puffin Villa in Northumberland and it was an amazing experience. the property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well-equipped with fresh linens, towels, blankets, and even a cooling fan for warm nights. the living room was spacious and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax. Plus, the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore different parts of Northumberland. I will definitely be using Lazy Puffin again on my next trip!

Always return to my favorite spot. Staff went above with bug spray assistance. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, no pets, no smoking. Perfect for my needs. Returning for Christmas.

The level of cleanliness was extremely poor, with dust on the skirting boards and crumbs on the worktops. the bedroom carpet was covered in large clumps of hair, indicating it hadn't been hoovered.
